This is not a real pro wrestling championship. It is a theoretical lineage of who is the “Champion of Champions” in the metro area.

To be the man, you must have recognition of at least one company’s major champion. To be the man, you have to beat the man in Greater St. Louis. To determine the man when there isn’t one, a wrestler must hold more major titles than anyone else in Greater St. Louis. The designation of the man can only be won in a match in Greater St. Louis.
