Dynamo Pro Wrestling comes to Concordia Turners in Saint Louis for its monthly offering on Saturday, March 30.

Among other titles, the heavyweight belt is on the line as Makaze defends against an opponent TBA. “The Wind of Destruction” is coming off a figure-four leglock submission victory over C.J. Shine last weekend.

Matches have yet to be announced.

Wrestling is coming back to Millstadt, Ill., and in a big way! On Saturday, March 30, SICW comes to the St. James Catholic Church for a full card topped with a cage match.

When “King of Chaos” Ricky Cruz and “Monster” Kowalski rumble in the cage, there will be no way for Travis Cook or anybody else to interfere. Promoter Herb Simmons says, “There must be a winner!”

His opponent is Brian James, making his tenth title defense (the most of anyone since 2013). Barackus may be the toughest of James’s challengers.

WLW: Nick Aldis, Adam Cole, Ryback at Night of Champions IV, March 9

World League Wrestling has billed its Saturday, March 9 event as “The Biggest Wrestling Event in the St. Louis Area.” That may be true, given the card and guest appearances that night at the Tri-County Sports Center in Moscow Mills.

“The National Treasure” Nick Aldis defends his NWA heavyweight title against “The Legacy” Leland Race. The bout conjures nostalgia and hometown pride for Saint Louisans.

Race says he will win the legendary “10 lbs. of Gold” in Lincoln County for his father, the former world champion Harley Race. If Leland wins, he will be part of the second father-son duo to capture the NWA crown (Dusty & Cody Rhodes).

Plus, every WLW title is on the line.

The final stop to WLW’s biggest event of the year rolls through the Race Arena in Troy, Mo. on Saturday, February 16.

Besides a super-solid main event, a tag match between top contenders will decide who gets booted out of the WLW Tag Team Championship match at “Night of Champions” on March 9.

World League Wrestling owner Harley Race has decided that the title match on March 9 will be between only two teams.

SICW: Travis Cook promises a sweet Valentine’s Day to Fender, if he can retire Flanagan, Feb. 16

The East Carondelet Community Center hosts its first night of wrestling in 2019 on Saturday, February 16.

Manager Travis Cook has promised a $1,000 bounty to whoever is able to injure Flash Flanagan into retirement. Up to bat first is Cook’s man, “Superstar” Steve Fender.

However, Fender’s Classic title is on the line. Can Flanagan regain the gold for the fifth time?

MMWA: Khayman seeks revenge on Shaft in a casket match, Feb. 9

The first ever casket match at the South Broadway Athletic Club is Saturday, February 9.

For months, retired former heavyweight champ and referee Shaft has performed his officiating duties dubiously, and usually biased against Khayman.

Khayman has had enough, and has lured Shaft out of retirement for a casket match. The only way to win the bout is to put one’s opponent into the black box and close the lid.
